Collagen Flow Brew Cacao

Ingredients:

1 inch Ceremonial Grade Cacao

1tsp Flow Brew

1 scoop Marine Grade Collagen

1/4tsp Cinnamon

1tsp Maca Powder

1 cup Filtered Water

Splash of Almond Milk

Honey to Taste

Method:

Grate the cacao and add to pan with all the other ingredients

Add water and whisk until smooth and hot

Pour into a cup and add desired amount of milk and honey to taste
